Abstract
Dichlorophenylphosphine is synthesized from benzene and phosphorous trichloride,HZSM-5 is used as catalyst in the vapor phase through a fixed-bed reactor. The influencing factors, such as reaction time, molar ratio of the raw materials and reaction temperature are investigated. The results show that when the process is taken on the catalyst of HZSM-5 with the molar ratio of the raw material(benzene/phosphorous trichloride) of 3∶1,reaction time of 5 hours and reaction temperature of 380℃,the yield of dichlorophenylphosphine can reach 13.2%.The properties of fresh and used catalysts are characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and TG-DTG techniques. The results show that the crystal structure of HZSM-5 is not damaged and the deactivation of HZSM-5 is due to the coke formed on the catalyst surface which blocked the pore mouth of zeolite channels. The coke consists mainly of aromatic compounds or some polymer with double bond.Regenerated catalyst has high activity and stability for the process. When HZSM-5 is used as catalyst, the deficiency of traditional methods such as dissociating the complex structure, complex operation and polluting the environment are surmounted and the synthesis process is simplified.
