Abstract
Based on tin chloride(SnCl4) and macrospore cation exchange resin,A kind catalyst of metal modified ion exchange resin was prepared,used for catalytic synthesis of Methyl sec-butyl ether(MSBE).The researches of synthesis process conditions,which contain effeteness of catalytic activity type,reaction temperature,reaction time and raw material ratio on the conversion rate of n-butylenes,were carried out with mixed C4 and methanol as raw material.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained through single test method of experimental arrangement.The experimental results indicated that the SnCl4 modified ion exchange resin had higher catalytic activity,with molar ratio of methanol to n-butylenes 4:1,reaction temperature 120℃ and reaction time 6h,the conversion of n-butylenes could reach to 7.23%.
