Abstract
7-( 3'-Amino-2',4',6'-trinitrophenyl)-amino-4,6-dinitrobenzofuroxan w as synthesized using 3-chloro-2,4,6-trinitrobenzenamine as primary material by self-reaction and azidcation w ith a total yield of 68%. Its structure w as confirmed by M S,IR and1H N M R. T hermal behavior w as studied by DSC and T G. R esults show that its initial decomposition temperature is 245. 6 ℃,and the mass loss due to overall reaction( 150- 400 ℃) is 63%.
