Abstract
The binding reaction betweeen rufloxacin hydrochloride and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied on the conditions of simulant clay's physiology by using fluorescence spectra and ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectra. It is shown that rufloxacin hydrochloride has a powerful ability to quench the BSA's fluorescence. The fluorescence quenching data were analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation and Lineweaver-Burk equation,and the binding constants, thermodynamic parameters and combined positions were obtained.
