Abstract
Sulphur and phosphorus fertilization is of prime importance for growth and development of plants. The present investigation was carried out during Rabi season of 2002-03 to 2004-05 at PAU Research Farm and at farmer’s field on wheat crop. The grain yield of wheat crop increased significantly with the application of phosphorus. By increasing the dose of P additional grain yield to the tune of 2.7 and 3.2 q ha were achieved at PAU Farm and farmers’ field, respectively. Addition of S further improved grain yield. Phosphorus uptake increased significantly with the application of P.
