First thing to consider is that health does not depend on certain foods, but it depends on the diet and your style of life. Again, we can use the “reduction ad absurdum” argument. If you eat every day organic burgers, bacon and cakes are you going to be healthier. The answer is no.

There are several reviews assessing that there are not many differences (Dangour et al., 2010). Several reports indicate that organic food consumers present better health than conventional food consumers (Baudry et al., 2015). But these results are explained because organic food consumers are usually more health-concerned that conventional food consumer and have better diets, or are mainly vegetarian, which lowers the risk of obesity and type II diabetes.

So, having a healthy and equilibrated diet with abundance of vegetables, organic or not, is what will help you to being healthier.

This is difficult to say. One argument for organic food to be healthier is that it contains increased amounts of secondary metabolites, which are chemicals that are not part of the basal plant metabolism, and in many cases function as antioxidants. We know that small amounts of several secondary metabolites can promote health and eating a varied supply of organically grown vegetables is likely to be beneficial for health. However, one should be careful with the interpretation that secondary metabolites are healthy under all circumstances. Secondary metabolites are often toxins that are produced to deter enemies (like us). If we do not protect our crops (for example by applying pesticides or growing them in controlled environment greenhouses), they need to protect themselves by other means. One way is to initiate a chemical defense in the form of toxic secondary metabolites, the composition of which varies from plant to plant.

Not really. It depends more on whether they are greenhouse grown (less nutritious than outdoors grown). What really makes a difference is exposure to full sun, including UV radiation. Plant biochemistry depends on a variety of different wavelengths perceived by specific photoreactive molecules that will trigger the formation of numerous plant products with perceived or actual health benefits.
